If you experience multiple errors during the count (E30 IR, E20 MG, E10 Image, and E4 Half Note), please follow the below instructions on how to resolve the issue. Please ensure:
Step 1: Please ensure there are no foreign objects stuck in the hopper stage or loose screws in the back of the machine. This machine is equipped with magnets, which can attract other metals.

Step 2: The hopper guides on top (white plastic) are properly adjusted, 2 or 3mm wider than the bills. If there is a big gap, this might cause E4 errors
Step 3: You are using a clean stack of notes, tidied evenly on a flat surface. Wrinkled, worn, or folded bills can cause multiple errors alerts specially 1$ and 5$ bills.
Check out the following video: https://youtu.be/zssJXTz9Two
Step 4: You are using the correct counting mode. Select MDC - Mixed Denomination Count mode when running a count for a Mixed stack of Bills. You will experience E14 Errors when counting a mixed stack of bills using Single Denomination Count Mode (SDC)

Step 5: The machine is clean and the sensors are clear of dust. The below image reflects a dusty image causing multiple errors during the count. Use a brush to clear the dust, a dry cloth to wipe the sensors, and Air Can if needed to blow the dust accumulated inside the machine.

Step 6: The feeding gap is adjusted properly. The E30 IR error is mostly related to a tight Feeding Gap. Please check the following articles:

Consider lowering the IR sensitivity.

Step 7: The E10 Image Error is related to the CIS image sensors which could be covered with dust and cause repetitive E10 errors. Open the back cover using the handle and inspect the CIS sensors highlighted in Red. Remove the dust or any ink residue from the bills.
Step 8: Please proceed with the CIS calibration - https://deteckusa.reamaze.com/kb/dt600/dt600-cis-calibration
