If you encounter an E10 Image Error during the count, please remove the suspicious bill.
If the error persists, please ensure
1. There is nothing obstructing the CIS sensors i.e. foreign objects. The CIS sensors are located in the back compartment.
2. Check if the CIS sensors are in good condition and clear of dust. Please use a brush or dry cloth to clean the sensors as you may get residues of ink while counting old/worn bills
Once you perform all checks, please proceed with the CIS calibration.
