This article will demonstrate how to resolve the most common EF counting errors
CAUTION: Make sure that the device is not in the vicinity of any magnetic fields or devices transmitting any signal since this may disrupt the integrated sensors.
CAUTION: Please ensure the device is turned off before opening the upper compartment and bottom drawer.
EF01
REJECT POCKET IS FULL
• Remove the notes from the reject pocket
EF02
SOLENOID NOT IN RIGHT POSITION
• Loose (or missing) screw on the exchange slip of the Reject Pocket.

EF03 (EF13)
NOTES STUCK
• Pull out the bottom drawer and remove the stuck notes.

• Open the Upper compartment and remove the stuck notes
