The EF10 counting error can be cleared by removing the jammed notes from the Upper Back compartment and ensuring the Wheel Hoppers are adjusted properly.

If the machine displays a CE02 error at the start, please check if the motor is running i.e. if the wheels marked in the drawing are running (through the reject pocket)
If the Motor is running:

It’s very important that you also clean the dust accumulated on the Speed sensors (highlighted in red).
If the motor is not running:
Step 1: Check if you can rotate the Hopper Feeding Wheels Manually. If the wheels are stuck, please ensure there are no foreign objects stuck inside the machine
If the wheels are not stuck, please proceed to the next steps
Step 2: Check if the Gear Synchronization Belt is properly attached
