The counting belt is located on the right side of the machine and is vulnerable to getting detached if you open the Upper Back Compartment while the motor is still running.
It usually takes 3-5 seconds for the Motor to stop after each count.

Caution: Please ensure the machine is turned off and the power plug is removed from the power socket before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps
1. Lay down a protecting cover on the table to avoid any unwanted scratches on the machine while doing the inspection
2. Open the upper back compartment and remove the hopper cover
3. Close the upper back compartment and proceed by removing the screws of the right side cover as instructed in the video (note: the right side is next to the wheel hopper adjustment)
4. Remove the right side cover and inspect the belt. If its displaced, please attach it properly before assembling back the machine
