If you encounter issues during the count i.e. most of the bills go to the reject pocket, we recommend the following steps:
Step 1: Please ensure the feeding gap is adjusted properly.

Step 2: Clean the machine to make sure the sensors are clear of dust. We advise properly maintaining the machine by performing weekly and monthly clean up.

Step 3: Perform the CIS calibration

Step 4: Access the Voltage Dashboard and check the “switch” voltage

- Press OK+MODE (or ADD+MODE) at the same time to access the voltage dashboard.
- Cover the start sensor with your hand
- Check if the "Switch" voltage is around 3.27v

Step 5: Please ensure the solenoid valve is in the correct position (most common error codes are E2 and E3)

Step 6: Please ensure the back cover is closed properly
If the back cover is not closed properly you can experience the following issues:
- E11 and E30 error codes.
- Ripped bills go into the reject pocket.
- Unusual sound when counting bills
