Step 1: Remove the lower back compartment
Step 2: Check the exchange card position.
Proceed to step 3 if there are no gaps and the position is correct
If there is a gap, the position is incorrect. Please contact our support team at support@deteckusa.com to advise on additional troubleshooting steps.
Step 3: Check if there is any obstructing object stuck in the exchange slip.

If the solenoid valve is not in a good position we can help adjust it.
