If you encounter EF02 Error during the count, please follow below instructions:
Step 1: Check if the exchange slip is positioned correctly.
Step 2: Check if the left screw is properly attached to the Exchange Slip
- If the left screw is loose, please tighten using a Philips screwdriver. Ensure it's not too tight otherwise the rotation of the exchange slip will be affected.
- If the left screw is missing, please order a new one from Amazon (details below)

Step 3: Check if the right screw is properly attached to the Exchange Slip
- If the right screw is too loose, please tighten using a Philips screwdriver. Ensure it's not too tight otherwise the rotation of the exchange slip will be affected.
- If the right screw is missing, please order a new one from Amazon (details below)

Step 4: If the issue is not related to the screws, please ensure the speed sensor is in the right position (highlighted in red), and try cleaning off the dust from the speed sensors.
