If you encounter EF01 Error during the count, please follow the below instructions:
Step 1: Please ensure the reject pocket is not full. Remove the notes from the reject pocket
If you need to increase the reject pocket capacity, access Settings by:
> Pressing OK for 5 seconds
> Enter Password ↓↓↓↓
> Access the Sub-Menu and select “Reject Capacity”
> Switch the default setting from 50 to 100 using the arrows
> Press START to save your selection and go back to the main page
Step 2: Please ensure the sensors are clear of dust, located below the display (image below)
Step 3: Check if the reject pocket diagram is not blocked
