This video will demonstrate how to perform the white paper calibration in case you experience repetitive counting errors such as E4.
Please ensure the machine is turned on before proceeding with the steps.
1. Long press the ADD button to access the Voltage Dashboard
2. Prepare a White Paper (A4) with equal length of a USD bill but slightly wider.
3. Gently insert the white paper into the hopper stage and Spin the wheels forward to push down the Paper through the counting bridge
4. Press the BATCH button to start the calibration. Wait for 1 minute until the process is complete and you will automatically be redirected to the main counting screen.
