WARNING: Using a low GSM Paper Quality can result in Calibration Failure. We advise using a white Postcard of 140 gsm or more (calibration paper attached to the manual)
Dimensions:
White Postcard 140gsm: Wide enough to cover all the sensors (attached to the manual)
White A4 Printer Paper (70-80gsm): 55x23 inch (141x58 cm)
A step-by-Step process for the calibration
- Use a blank white postcard, the size should cover all sensors. We recommend a high gsm quality paper to prevent light going through the Paper (around 140gsm)
- Long press the CUR/DIR and the REP/CLR buttons simultaneously to access the settings. You will be prompted with “d-1” on the main screen
- Press REP/CLR twice to select “d-3” to access the calibration settings.
- Long Press the CUR/DIR and the REP/CLR buttons simultaneously. You will be prompted with the following message “3H Paper”
- Insert a white paper to cover all sensors, close the cover, and Press REP/CLR key to start the process. Once the machine beeps 3 times, open the cover and remove the white 140gsm postcard.
- Close the cover and start scanning a regular white A4 paper (5 times as instructed on the video)
- Once complete, press CUR/DIR and REP/CLR buttons simultaneously, this will save the work and return to the main screen
