DT10C - How to resolve power on errors (3MG)

The Swift DT10C (3MG) Counterfeit Detector automatically performs a self-test every time you turn On the device. If one of the C-codes is flashing on the display, please proceed with the following steps:

Step 1: Please ensure the sensors are not covered by any object, stuck banknotes, or even accumulated dust. Use a dry cloth to remove the dust (or ink residue from bills) that might have accumulated over time, especially the Magnetic Heads C12, C13, and C14.

Step 2: If this doesn’t help resolve the issue, please try and calibrate the device if you experience C1, C4-C17 error codes. Please do not perform a calibration if you experience C2 or C3 (this can be easily resolved by cleaning the feeding sensors with a dry cloth).

We might need to activate the warranty and help repair the sensors or replace the device.
