If the machine is counting bills without showing numbers on the display and prompting you with a STOP sign, please proceed with the following steps:
Step 1: Check if there is any error code when starting the machine (i.e. CE02). If not, proceed to the next steps
Step 2: Please check if there is anything obstructing the Hopper Start Sensor and if the Back Cover is properly closed
Step 3: Proceed with the CIS Calibration
