If you're encountering CE02 error as soon as you turn on the machine or during the count, please proceed with the following steps.
If the motor is running properly and the hopper wheels are spinning, check out Step 1.
If the motor is running properly and the hopper wheels are Not spinning, check out Step 2.
Step 1: If the motor is running properly and the hopper wheels are spinning, the issue could be related to the Speed Sensor. Please ensure that it is clear of dust and positioned properly against the speed disk (image below)

Step 1.1: If the above does not help resolve the issue, please ensure the Speed cable is properly attached to the Mainboard.

Step 2: if the motor is running properly but the hopper wheels are not spinning, please ensure the rotating belt is not dislocated.
