This video will demonstrate how to perform the white paper calibration in case you experience repetitive counting errors such as E4.
Please ensure the machine is turned on before proceeding with the steps.
1. Long press the ADD+MODE button to access the Voltage Dashboard
2. Prepare a White Paper (A4) with equal length of a USD bill but slightly wider.
3. Gently insert the white paper into the upper back compartment, making sure the sensors are covered.
4. Close the back compartment and Long press the BATCH button to start the calibration. Wait for 1 minute until the process is complete and you will automatically be re-directed to the main counting screen.
