Please access the image sensitivity interface through the following steps:

Step 1: Access the SET MENU by pressing the OK button until you are prompted to input a password “↓↓↓↓”
Step 2: Select User Menu to access the settings and select Image Sensitivity, then press OK
Step 3: Use the Mode button to toggle between options: Denominations, Version, Error Area, Sensitivity, and Scale %
Step 4: Use the Up/Down arrows to select the denomination value of the suspicious bill
Step 5: Check the version of the suspicious bill causing the error through the following link - https://deteckusa.reamaze.com/articles/banknotes-version-new-system
Step 6: The Error Area code is displayed in the error notification message during the count
Step 7: Adjust the Sensitivity level. We advise gradually lowering the sensitivity to 4 (Adjust sensitivity using the arrows). Press Ok to save your selection and start to exit.
Note: Repeat the process if needed, select gradually 3, 2 and 1
