Please access the sensor dynamic data interface through the following steps and help pull out the report.

Step 1: Access the SET MENU by pressing the OK button until you are prompted to input a password “↓↓↓↓”
Step 2: Select User Menu to access the settings and scroll down using the down arrow, select Sensor Dynamic Data, then press OK
Step 3: Place the suspicious bill on the hopper stage and press the down arrow “↓” to go through the values
Step 4: Please report the findings by sending us a video to support@deteckusa.com or by Whatsapp at +1 (332) 895-2855 for better resolution. Our software engineers will help analyze the data and advice on the next troubleshooting steps if needed
Step 5: Press OK to exit the Self-Check page and Start to resume the count
