Please read the instructions carefully on how to Upgrade the UDISK_APP Software:

Please ensure the machine is turned OFF before proceeding with below software upgrade
Below step-by-step instructions on how to install the new software:
1. Download the attached files on your PC by pressing on the following link:

Important: Please ensure you do not have any previous files installed on your computer (from previous sessions). It is important that the software uploaded on the USB key have the following name:
- A33_UDISK_APP_UPGRADE.8B06D91E3E88480F.ZPK
- app
2. Plug the USB Key (provided in the Maintenance Kit) in the PC USB port. Please ensure the USB Key is Empty and the existing Format is FAT32

3. Upload both files on the USB key (.ZPK and app). Once complete, press Eject to safely remove and proceed to the next step.
Ensure the USB Key has only the (.ZPK) and (app) files
4. Before plugging the USB key to the machine, please ensure the Money Counter is switched off.
5. Plug the USB key into the Outer USB Port. Please ensure it is plugged in the OUTER USB Port.
6. Turn on the machine and wait for the software to update (it should take around 1 minute). You will be notified on the display once completed to Pull out the U-Disk
7. Remove the USB key, Turn the power off and on
8. Once complete, proceed to the Main Software Update
