If the issue is still not resolved, please contact support@deteckusa.com so we can advise on how to reduce sensor sensitivities.
- Press and hold the ADD button for 3 seconds.
- Press the Batch button to change Sensitivities (UU, NNG, DBL, DD). The default value is 5.
- Press the Up (+) or Down (-) key buttons to choose the desired sensitivity level (range from 0-9).
- Press the "START" button to confirm your selection.
