If you're encountering MG Middle Abnormal Error as soon as you turn on the machine or during the count, please proceed with the following steps
Step 1: Clean the surface of the roller as indicated in the image below. We advise placing a brush on the roller surface and pressing start to spin the roller. Repeat the process across the surface of the roller
Step 2: Clean the surface of the large MG sensor located in the back of the machine (as indicated in the image below)
Step 3: Consider reducing the MGB-Sensitivity by accessing the settings:
- Access the SET MENU, press the OK button until you are prompted to input a password. The default password is ↓↓↓↓.
- Access Settings, scroll down, and select the MGB Sensitivity sub-setting.
- The default rate is set at 5. The range varies from 0-9. We advise to gradually lower the sensitivity to 4 (Adjust sensitivity using the upper and lower arrows)
- Check the denomination and version of the error bill before setting the sensitivity level. Article: https://deteckusa.reamaze.com/articles/banknotes-version-new-system
- Press Ok to save your selection
