If you experience repetitive errors over time, you will most probably have to change the worn rubber tongue with a new one.
Below step by step demonstrates how to do so:
Please ensure the machine is turned off and the power plug is removed from the power socket before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps.
1. Use a phillips screwdriver to open the left cover, right cover, back cover of the machine
2. Pull out the hopper stage
3. Remove the rubber tongue by pressing firmly on the badge/spring
4. Replace the rubber with a new one, adjusting it properly to its original place
