This video will demonstrate how to safely remove Notes stuck in the Hopper stage:

Please ensure the machine is turned off before proceeding with the steps.
1. Loosen the Wheel by turning it counter-clockwise, towards the "-" sign
2. Gently spin the hopper wheels upward to pull out the stuck notes. This will prevent notes from getting ripped
3. Once the stuck notes are removed, please re-adjust the Wheel Hopper back to a neutral position.
