The below video will demonstrate how to open the machine, inspect the hopper wheel belt and ensure it's placed properly around the rotating wheels.

Caution: Please ensure the machine is turned off and the power plug is removed from the power socket before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps
1. Lay down a protecting cover on the table to avoid any unwanted scratches on the machine while doing the inspection
2. Open the upper back compartment and remove the hopper cover
3. Close the upper back compartment and proceed by removing the screws of the left side cover as instructed in the video
4. Remove the left side cover and inspect the belt. If its displaced, please attach it properly before assembling back the machine
