Please ensure the machine is turned off and the power plug is removed from the power socket before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps
1. Lay down a protective cover on the table to avoid any unwanted scratches on the machine while doing the inspection
2. Remove the hopper cover
3. Remove the left plastic cover
4. Remove the lower back plastic cover
5. Remove the old power supply and replace it with a new one
