If you encounter a CE08 error when starting the machine, please follow the steps below
Step 1: Check if the stacker sensors are in good condition and clear of dust. Please use a brush or dry cloth to clean the sensors as you may get residues of ink while counting old/worn bills
Step 2: Check if the Stacker Sensors are in the correct position.
Note: The stacker sensors are in the correct position if they are visible:
The stacker sensors won’t function properly if they are pushed inside the plastic mold:
Please send us a picture of the stacker sensors if they are not in the right position or you are unsure.
Step 3: Please ensure the Stacker Sensor cable is properly attached to the Mainboard.
